Tom Tornstrom, MBA, NRP

Principal Consultant

Tom brings over 30 years of senior leadership and business experience, serving as an executive director since 2008 overseeing air and ground EMS operations across numerous locations for a large healthcare system. He manages hundreds of staff and complex operations in both rural and urban settings. Tom also serves on national and state association boards, coalition boards, as an elected official, and on a hospital board.

With degrees in business and information technology and ten years of expert-level consulting experience, Tom combines deep understanding of rural healthcare and EMS challenges with analytical expertise and practical, real-world operations experience to deliver focused, achievable solutions.
